Here is the Whether Forecast for the week of August 7th.
And it is HOT!! there is a lot going on in the cosmos above this week, which suggests we’re in for a week of dynamic activity.
Today – Sunday – is driven by the Moon in Sagittarius, which is an apt time for boundary-pushing opinions to be influential. Two patterns I told you about at the end of last week’s forecast are exact today. One suggests a dreamy vision of emotional security – possibly in the extreme. The other suggests militant discipline, tenacity and/or stubborn blocks. As I’m writing this forecast, the top story on the Washington Post’s website is “Senate inches toward passage of Inflation Reduction Act amid marathon debate” – words that reflect the Astro-logic of the moment! Astrology is amazing!
Take it slow on Monday morning. There is a higher potential for twists and flakes that may disrupt efforts to move forward in a straight line – and your coping strategy is to simply adapt, without making a mountain out of a molehill. Once the Moon leaves Sagittarius and enters Capricorn in the afternoon, the need for the next few days is to just get the job done.
On Wednesday afternoon, Moon leaves Capricorn and enters Aquarius, now focused on being appreciated for one’s unique social significance – especially within the context of one or more groups. It’s a good time for networking and connecting with friends and other like-minded souls. There’s probably a buzz in the air, reflecting many Astro-logical patterns that are coming to a head over the next few days.
On Thursday, a surprising revelation or other disruption involving heads of state and business may occupy the morning, as the Sun – leaders – is challenged by Uranus – symbol of sudden change and freedom – for better or worse. Maybe that job ISN’T going to get done after all! In the afternoon, Venus – which refers to who, what and how we need to love – leaves Cancer and enters Leo. This shift adds drama in social expression, and some of it may be irresistibly seductive and show-stopping.
The Full Moon in Aquarius is exact on Thursday evening, suggesting an illumination and release as the needs of the collective – the Aquarius Moon – opposes the ego drive of fearless leaders – represented by the Leo Sun.
Friday offers us a recovery period – like what we had on Monday morning. Stick to routine concerns and chill. On Friday afternoon, Moon leaves Aquarius and enters Pisces, driving the weekend with a need for sensitivity and empathy, so we can process the action of this very busy week – with more action likely on Sunday.
